We use Helioscope, a dedicated CAD modeling tool, to build a virtual model of your solar power system on your specific property. The model takes into account all of the physical characteristics of your property, including shading from obstructions on the roof and trees in the surrounding area.
We evaluate the financial side of the capital investment through a detailed financial model. This includes a 25 year pro forma financial analysis showing all of the investment attributes of the project, such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and the cash payback period.
